Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2  business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. International Shipping & Delivery Times

Everydewy ships internationally via direct dispatch. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in United Kingdom and delivered to your door.

Estimated delivery time: Up to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier conditions, or peak periods such as holidays. These situations are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

4. Shipping Costs

Order Total Shipping Fee
Under €60 €3.99 flat rate
€60 and above Free

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all qualifying orders.


5. Taxes & Duties

EU Countries (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium): All product prices include VAT. No additional taxes or customs duties will be charged upon delivery.

Switzerland: Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss import duties and VAT (MWST) upon arrival, which are assessed and collected by Swiss customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order if you have any concerns.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at support@everydewy.com.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing every order. However, once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused in transit.

Damaged on arrival? Please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product(s) immediately upon receipt and email us at support@everydewy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your case and work toward a solution as quickly as possible.

Package not arrived? If your order has not arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@everydewy.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@everydewy.com. We will do our best to make the correction before your order is dispatched — however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
